WordPress & WooCommerce
Install the plugin, connect your store, and Bitlane creates the search engine and the widget for you, then keeps your catalogue in sync on its own.
What it does
Set up in one click
Connect the store to your Bitlane account and the plugin creates the engine, the indexes, the keys and the search widget.
Everything in sync
Products, pages, posts and custom post types are sent to Bitlane and updated whenever you add, edit or remove them.
Every language
With WPML or Polylang, each language of your store gets its own search, in its own language.
Searches that sell
Additions to the cart, paid orders and refunds are reported, so you see which searches lead to sales. The widget follows your visitors' consent through the WP Consent API.
Set it up
- 1Download the plugin and upload it in WordPress under Plugins → Add New. On a site managed with Composer, such as Bedrock, run
composer require bitlane/wordpressinstead, then activate it under Plugins. - 2Open Bitlane in the admin menu and click Connect.
- 3Sign in to Bitlane (or create an account) and approve the store.
- 4Choose what to search, and the widget goes live on your storefront.
Requirements
